Background
AAA did a photo shoot and captured this image of a couple in a convertible with the clever text shown.
Challenge
Neither person was wearing a seatbelt in the original image. Being a safety-first insurance company, they needed to have seatbelts!
Solution
To avoid the cost, time delay and hassle of reshooting the scene, I was able to add realistic seatbelts. To get the most realistic looking seatbelts I actually took photos of my car seat belts, using my brother as the model to get the contours to match. Then I superimposed them on the original photo. It didn’t take much time or cost much, saving AAA in the end.
