Challenge
Brokerage founder, Jays Mills, realized that he needed to level up his online presence to attract clients as well as new agents to join his team. The original site was sadly outdated and in need of a complete overhaul.
Solution
The first steps were to review a comprehensive list of possible new features and to research the websites of other brokerages. This gave us a clear plan for the new site. The site structure was modernized to be responsive for mobile devices in addition to having a compatible full-width layout on desktop computers.
The home page features a full-width rotating video to give it a modern look. Other important pages added include an MLS/IDX feed to display featured properties, a team member page, testimonials, links to partners and a variety of helpful calculators. Screenshots are shown below.
The site has been a great success and the brokerage has grown steadily since the site went live.
